2022 Southern Loss Association Scholarship Program
One of the core goals captured in our mission statement is to further the education of our members. To assist in the education of the next generation, Southern Loss Association is proud to award scholarships to deserving students who have ties to our association.
To qualify for a scholarship, the student must:
A) Produce evidence of enrollment as a full-time student at a post-secondary institution accredited by accrediting agencies or state approval agencies recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education for the school semesters of Spring 2022 Fall 2022, and/or Spring 2023. Include evidence of current GPA and Classification (i.e. Freshman, Sophomore…) AND either “B” or “C”
B) Be the child, grandchild, great-grandchild, or a legally adopted child of a current dues paid full or associate member of the Southern Loss Association
C) Include a written letter of recommendation from a current dues paid full or associate member of the Southern Loss Association.

We begin accepting applications on August 12, 2022.
All scholarship applications must be submitted no later than MIDNIGHT EASTERN TIME, OCTOBER 16, 2022.
Scholarship applications mailed to us will NOT be considered.
Scholarships will be awarded at the December 2022 SLA luncheon.
