DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Southern Loss Association Fall 2025 Golf and Cornhole Outing \nChateau Elan Golf Club House\n6060 Golf Club Drive\, Braselton\, Georgia 30517\n(Golf Sponsorship\, Cornhole Sponsorship\, and Dinner)\n678-425-0900 \nWe recommended golfers be at the Chateau Elan Golf Club House at 10:00 a.m. to allow time for registration. Cornhole registration is at 12:00 p.m. behind the pro shop. \n  \nGolf begins at 11:30 a.m. \nCornhole begins at 1:00 p.m.  \nDinner at 6:00 p.m. \n  \nFees are as follows: \n   \n  Golf & Dinner         $160.00      \nCornhole & Dinner     $85.00 \n Dinner (per person)    $55.00 \n  \nPlease feel free to register your spouse or another guest. Cocktails will be served from 5:00 p.m. until dinner at 6:00 p.m. at the driving range. Awards and prizes will be presented immediately after dinner. \n  \nATTENTION GOLFERS – Four Person Scramble Format will be used for the Fall Golf Tournament. Registration will only be accepted with payment. To register a foursome\, sign up with the main contact for the team\, list TBD for unknown golfer names\, and PAY for all four golfers to secure your team.  \n  \nPLEASE NOTE NO COMPANY MAY REGISTER THREE OR MORE TEAMS UNLESS THE COMPANY ALSO PURCHASES A SPONSORSHIP VALUED AT $350.00 OR MORE FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN FOUR TEAMS TOTAL AND NO COMPANY CAN HAVE MORE THAN 4 TEAMS TOTAL. \n  \nGOLF REGISTRATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH PAYMENT.
